Meet Alexandra
Experience. Education. Impact.

Master of Public Health, Dietetics
specializing in Nervous System Regulation Coaching diversified in Functional Nutrition, BreathWork, Yoga, Trauma Research
The way we think, posture, believe, behave, breathe, and relate to the world is profoundly connected to the state of our nervous system. Alexandra's work exists at the intersection of Western neuroscience and Eastern embodied practice, helping people better understand these connections and develop practical ways to work with them.
With a B.S. in Neuroscience and an MPH in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Michigan, Alexandra brings a scientific foundation to practices often experienced but not always understood. Her approach integrates neuroscience, somatic practice, breathwork, yoga, Tai Chi, mobility, and nervous system education to bridge the space between intellectual understanding and lived experience.
At the heart of her work is a commitment to making somatic-based mental health resources more accessible. Rather than simply offering tools to “calm down,” Alexandra’s work invites individuals to develop a deeper relationship with their physiology—to recognize patterns, build emotional intelligence, expand capacity, and create greater choice in how they respond to themselves and the world around them.
Her path into this work began through yoga in 2011 and has since expanded across private coaching, community education, mentorship, workshops, retreats, and neuroscience-based coaching. In 2020, Alexandra received a $10,000 grant to develop a yoga and breathwork program for University of Michigan Medical School residents, providing physicians with embodied resources for stress, fatigue, and overall well-being. In 2021, she founded Sheth Studios to bring this work into private and communal settings.
Today, Alexandra works with individuals, educators, organizations, and communities through private coaching, workshops, retreats, mentorship, and experiential education. Her work has been offered across wellness spaces throughout Miami, alongside her experience as a primary Neuroscience Coach at Supermind, where neuroscience, brainwave technology, mindfulness, and self-directed neuroplasticity intersect.
Forever a student herself, Alexandra continues her education through Budokon Mixed Movement Arts and Somatic Experiencing™ trainings and seminars.
Rooted in Eastern traditions and informed by Western science, her work offers an accessible invitation: to understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with the intelligence of the body, and develop practical tools for navigating life with greater awareness, capacity, and choice.
